Eric Moore, CPC, ELI-MP

In the Spring of 1999, I had an epiphany.

During my interaction with the COO of a major software company, his first words to me were, “Fix it or it’s your f*ckin’ job!” That moment changed everything for me.

I decided that I'd never lead like that.

I wanted to be the type of leader who values meaningful connections and assertiveness, not “ass-holery”. This is leading with compassion.

Compassion doesn’t mean being a pushover—it’s courage.

It’s the type of courage to help someone move up or move out of the organization. The courage to advocate for someone even when it doesn’t benefit you. The courage to say what others won’t but should.

Fast forward 20 years…

I help incredible people and organizations on how to lead with courage. From tech giants like Microsoft to the creatives behind Pokémon. Each experience is a lesson in what makes a great leader and how to build world-class teams.

Still, one significant pattern remains—many of these incredible leaders are introverts.

That’s where I come in.

I know the feeling of being overlooked for promotions. The feeling of being rejected as project lead. That unshakeable feeling when you don’t take a risk.

That’s because I overemphasized the quality of my work.

I believed my work would speak for itself. What I realized was that I failed to advocate for my own needs and wants. I felt like I would be showing off.

Years ago, as a product lead, I could see a reflection of myself in my team.

Among them were engineers, project managers, and designers who possessed great talent. Each one of them introverted and scared to speak out. That was the beginning of my journey towards becoming a servant leader.

Leadership isn't about being the loudest in the room.

It's about authenticity, connection, and understanding. While some are naturally outspoken, I focus on those who identify as introverts. It's about striking a balance, guiding without overshadowing, and helping others discover their inner strengths.

 FAQs

  • I've created this program for professionals who are either seeking a leadership role or are new to leadership and could use a little help. Many of them are:

    • Program or Product Managers

    • Wealth Managers

    • Head of Design

    • Senior Developers

    • Senior Engineers

    • Directors & VPs

    • CxOs

    • CPAs

I work with clients who are deeply curious, patient, and committed to putting in the work.

  • Coaching sessions typically last an hour, but sometimes go longer depending on your objectives and how much we're able to achieve in the allotted time.

  • All I ask is you join once a week for the first month.

These one-hour sessions gives us time to get to know each other, set a rhythm, and set early goals.

After the first month, you have the flexibility to schedule one to four times a month.

  • I don't subscribe to a "one-sized fits all" or templatized approach to coaching. But I do need to know how you show up in the world.

I use an approach based on neuroendocrinology, looking at your attitudes and energy levels to understand how you lead others. It's highly effective and research-based.

  • At this time, the Quiet Leadership program is a 1:1 personalized coaching approach.

In the future, I may introduce a cohort-based feature to generate more accountability and build a strong community.

  • I believe it should be enough where you feel like you’re making a significant investment in yourself, but not so much that it causes stress.

The full price is $9,250 with payment plans available to fit most budgets.

  • I keep my practice small to provide custom coaching. I usually work with 10-12 coaching clients at once. That's why we view our initial conversations as a fit process rather than a sales process. And we expect for you to fully commit to the process and relationship.

  • A typical session has three parts.

    1. We'll spend the first few moments checking-in with your energy levels—what's been going on and where you'd like to go.

    2. Next, we explore what goals you've achieved from the last session and how they might shape the call.

    3. We then move into your main topic and goal. We'll outline what makes for a successful call and what you hope to achieve.

  • I'll send you a PDF summary of your session withing 24-48 hours. Each summary includes:

    • A high-level summary of the call

    • Inner and outer blockers and why they matter

    • Potential next steps and resources

    • Suggestions for our next session

I also include words of encouragement based on your past and current progress.

  • Slack or email support is available. I also share curated books, articles and resources depending on your objectives. I target a 24 hour response time unless there is a time-sensitive issue. Responses will be sooner.

  • This varies from person to person. A number of my clients have seen results during the very first session.

You can expect to see results in one or two months. This requires we both know what success looks like and whether we are moving closer towards that vision.
